About Ally From Cali

Hey! Ciao! Xin chào! สวัสดี! Bok!

My name is Ally, but when I'm traveling overseas, I take on the dorky stage name Ally From Cali. A name that was bestowed upon me while bartending at a backpacking hostel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, but a very hungover Argentinian who I had been (over) serving for about 6 days. 

At 27 years old I have lived on four continents, six different countries, and collected a wealth of information, experiences, and countless friends while feeding my addiction of seeing more of this moving rock we all live on. Currently, I am living in Milan Italy with my boyfriend, and while I am on a brief travel pause, I want to share tips, tricks, and genuine truths into the high and lows of traveling overseas. Don't let the instagram photos fool you, it's work. But, you can do it, and I am happy to encourage you along the way.
